Jenny Simms is a proven professional with over 12 years of experience at Target Professional and is one of the organisation’s three Board Directors, helping to set company strategy and the direction of the business. As Director of Client Solutions, she leads the Client Relations, Sales, and Marketing Departments, overseeing all the organisation’s commercial and client facing functions.

Previously, Jenny served as the account manager for many of Target’s highest-profile clients, ensuring their needs were met with precision, professionalism, and bespoke solutions. Jenny’s strategic oversight, deep understanding of client requirements, and ability to deliver consistent value has been instrumental in building long-standing partnerships. Her commitment to excellence and client success has set a platinum standard for service delivery.

Jenny has also been the account manager for the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) since the inception of their contract 10 years ago, guiding the relationship through two successful contract renewals. Her deep understanding of their needs and her proactive approach to managing their account have set the highest standard for client care.
