Trevor Davis
Director of Member Services
Pension Protection Fund (PPF)

The PPF was founded as part of the UK Pensions Act in 2004, to protect millions of people throughout the UK who are members of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes, to make sure they’ll be looked after if the scheme they’ve paid into fails. The PPF currently has 450k members under its wings.

Trevor has been at the PPF since it opened its doors in 2005 and has been in his current role for 3 years. He is responsible for pensions administration, the contact centre, member payroll and data management operations. Prior to this, he led the member contact centre for 8 years and the PPF Levy customer service team for 9 years. He is passionate about making services accessible to all and also leads the PPF’s continuous work to improve the support provided to more vulnerable members.

Before joining the PPF, Trevor spent 20 years working for several private sector financial institutions, including 10 years at NatWest Bank.
