Becky has over 15 years’ experience in the pensions industry, a decade of which has been in professional trusteeship. She was also named Professional Pensions ‘Trustee of the Year’ at their Women in Pensions 2025 awards.

Becky joined Vidett in 2020, bringing natural leadership and extensive trustee expertise to the boards she serves. She acts as chair, sole trustee, and co‑trustee across a diverse range of pension schemes, supporting clients of varying sizes, maturities, and complexities.

Becky has deep experience in setting and agreeing long‑term objectives with sponsors, as well as planning and executing endgame strategies. Her work spans buy‑ins, buyouts, scheme wind‑ups, and navigating the challenges that can arise during each stage. She also brings significant hands‑on experience from working on multiple risk settlement projects, ensuring schemes achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
