James is an accredited professional trustee who leads a wide range of trustee and sole trustee appointments, as well as being an active member of Vidett’s internal risk transfer service line.

Joining Vidett in 2016, James has built deep expertise in guiding schemes through their endgame journey. He leads several of our sole trustee arrangements, many of which are working towards securing members’ benefits with an insurer through buy‑ins or buyouts.

He also chairs trustee boards for a number of other schemes, including those operating hybrid arrangements, bringing clarity, structure, and strong governance to every appointment.
