Clare is an accredited professional trustee at Vidett, holding a portfolio of sole trustee and trustee board appointments and hosting Vidett’s Shaping Tomorrow podcast. A qualified actuary with 25 years’ experience across the public and private sectors, she has been recognised as a finalist for several industry awards, including ‘Trustee of the Year’ at the Women in Pensions Awards 2025.

Before joining Vidett, Clare was a director at PwC advising corporate clients on funding, journey planning, endgame solutions and transactions. She previously led Deloitte’s restructuring practice on high-profile distressed cases and completed a six‑month secondment as head of risk and compliance at one of the UK’s largest pension schemes.
