Maurice plays a key role in ensuring Lumera’s propositions and innovations meet the evolving needs of clients. Through his deep understanding of technology, financial services regulation, and industry developments, he advises on a wide range of life and pensions data issues. This expertise enables Lumera to continually focus on solutions to support the industry’s biggest challenges.

He chairs PASA’s Pensions Dashboards Working Group, which guides the industry on the implementation of Pensions Dashboards. Through creating guidance and raising awareness the working group provides insightful input to key stakeholders. Maurice also recently co-authored the Small Pots Feasibility Review for Pensions UK, strengthening collaboration between the Government and industry.

Throughout his career, Maurice has worked in financial services specialising in corporate pensions, including roles at ITM, Watson Wyatt and Punter Southall.
