Azka Ali is an accredited professional pension trustee and actuary with 18 years of experience in the pensions industry. She manages a diverse portfolio of Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) clients, demonstrating a deep commitment to enhancing member experience and outcomes.

Previously, Azka served as a corporate and scheme actuary at Mercer UK, where she advised on significant benefit projects for FTSE100 companies in various capacities. This role provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse perspectives of different stakeholders. Additionally, Azka's secondment to the World Economic Forum on the topic of longevity literacy has equipped her with a broad understanding of the societal impacts of longer life expectancies.

Azka is an Accredited Member of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT), Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, UK (2013), holds Chartered Management Institute Certificate in Management and Leadership - Level 5 and was awarded Professional Pensions 2020 Mentor of the Year.
