Andy is a risk transfer adviser and Scheme Actuary.  He had advised on a range of bulk annuity transactions, both in terms of size (less than £1m up to c. £1bn) and nature (full buy outs, partial buy-ins and PPF+ transactions).  In addition, he has helped new entrants to the bulk annuity market test their pricing and quotation processes and provided advice to a capital-backed consolidation vehicle.
