Stephen has worked in financial services for 28 years, with 17 years of that being in pensions administration. In that time, He’s held many different roles in delivery, client management, operational design and innovation. He is currently Proposition Manager at Aptia, and spends his time working on how Aptia can better design and deliver our services to meet members’ needs and face the challenges and opportunities within the pensions industry in the UK today. Stephen is an associate member of the PMI.
