Tom is a Partner and specialist in Aon’s Member Options & Support team. Tom advises both companies and trustee boards on the appropriate level of support to provide to their members at retirement, including through member communications, access to financial advice and provision of modelling tools. More recently, Tom’s focus has been on integrating member options considerations into wider projects, including GMP equalisation workstreams and risk settlement transactions.
