I have worked at Standard Life since 2014, with experience in a number of roles across Proposition before my current appointment as Head of Workplace Proposition. In my current role, I and my team are responsible for defining, delivering and managing the development of the workplace proposition balancing regulatory and market developments with client centric enhancements. I have over 15 years experience in Financial Services having previously worked for AXA UK and Tesco Bank prior to joining Standard Life. As well as working in Proposition, I have worked in a number of different functions including Marketing, Distribution, Commercial Innovation and Strategy. I have also worked in a variety of markets including General Insurance, Retail Banking & Mortgages, Platform & Investments. Outside of work I enjoy football, swimming and table tennis as well as chasing after my two young girls.
