Andy joined Brightwell (formerly BTPSM) in 2015 having previously worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Pensions Actuary. At Brightwell, Andy is responsible for the Strategy, Projects and Data functions within Member Services and was heavily involved in the insourcing of the administration and subsequent change in administration system. Andy’s current priorities include delivering Brightwell's Digital Growth Strategy, implementing GMP Equalisation and preparing for the Pensions Dashboard.
