Ji-Hyang is a pensions actuary and has over 15 years’ experience as an adviser to a wide range of UK DB pension scheme trustees and sponsors. She has also been actively involved in a wide range of diversity and inclusion work for the past decade, both within companies and the actuarial profession more generally. She draws on this extensive experience of actuarial advice and strategic EDI work to help develop practical ways in which EDI can support the effective functioning of trustee boards.
