Clara has over two decades of experience as a Pension Scheme Secretary and Governance specialist. She utilises her experience as a Senior Consultant to assist trustee boards in enhancing their effectiveness whilst embracing and promoting the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion. She is also a member of TPR’s D&I Industry Working Group.
